Chakka Mishri are oval shaped mishri used for decoration of masala during wedding, or given as a part of shagun with other dryfruits in occasions such as bhai tika, wedding or any occasion.Chakka Mishri is a part of our culture fasting and feasting rituals.Chakka Mishri (candy sugar) is made from the solution of sugarcane (ganna) and the sap of Palmyra palm tree (Taad ka ped). It is made by pouring the solution of sugarcane into drums. Chakka Mishri were grown as a result of cooling supersaturated sugar solutions.Storage instructions: store in a cool, air tight and dry place.
