As a customer, how can I communicate with vendor/admin?

You can easily communicate with our vendor/admin. Follow the below steps: 

1. Go to product detail page

2. Click on “Ask a question”

3. A message popup appears where you can ask question related to the product.

4. Submit the message by clicking on “Send”.

5. Admin/Vendor will receive the message from the customer.

6. Admin/Vendor will reply from the “Message center”

7. You can then see the messages list in Account→ Messages

8. Click on the “ID” of the messages

9. A message popup will appear where you can reply or ask more questions.

10. Submit the message by clicking on “Send”
