How It Works – Shop More Earn More

1. Eligibility & Membership Tiers:

Users will be promoted to different membership tiers based on their spending or the number of orders placed within a calendar month.

Silver Member: Minimum purchase of NPR 25,000 or 5 orders
Gold Member: Minimum purchase of NPR 50,000 or 10 orders
Platinum Member: Minimum purchase of NPR 100,000 or 15 orders

2. Membership Benefits

Silver Membership

  • Free Delivery on the first 3 orders per year.
  • 5% discount on orders above NPR 3,000.
  • Earn 2% in Reward Points on every purchase.
  • 1 pair of tickets for a trip to Bandipur (once a year).

Gold Membership

  • Free Delivery on the first 6 orders per year.
  • 5% discount on orders above NPR 2,500.
  • Earn 3% in Reward Points on every purchase.
  • 2 pairs of tickets for a trip to Bandipur (once a year).

Platinum Membership

  • Free Delivery on the first 12 orders per year.
  • 5% discount on orders above NPR 2,000.
  • Earn 4% in Reward Points on every purchase.
  • 4 pairs of tickets for a trip to Bandipur (once a year).

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Membership is evaluated every month based on the user’s spending or number of orders.
  • Reward points can be redeemed for future purchases on the platform.
  • Unused points may expire after 1 year, as per company policy.
