What should I do when my order is not delivered?
After placing an order, it takes some time to process and ship the order. However, you can track the status of your order by following below steps:
1. Go to “Account” tab and click on “Orders”.
2. You will be directed to your orders list.
3. Click on “ID” of an order to see the shipment information.
4. You can see the Shipment status (Picked up, Packed, Shipped) to know the status of your ordered product.
