Why does it show long delivery date after placing an order?
We have different vendors. Vendors have warehouse at different locations. Whenever, an order is placed, it gets dispatched from the warehouse. Depending upon the shipment distance, delivery time is fixed to ship the order. So, sometimes it takes longer period to deliver the order. But you can track the status of the shipment by following below steps:
1. Go to “Account” tab and click on “Orders”.
2. You will be directed to your orders list.
3. Click on “ID” of an order to see the shipment information.
4. You can see the Shipment status (Picked up, Packed, Shipped) to know the status of your ordered product.
