Which AC capacity do I need for my room?

As a rule of thumb, 1 ton suits a room up to about 120 sq ft, 1.5 ton about 120-180 sq ft, and 2 ton about 180-250 sq ft. Choose a bigger size for top-floor rooms, kitchens or rooms with a lot of sun.

Is an inverter AC worth it?
